【摘要】 审讯知识管理旨在通过对显性和隐性审讯知识经验进行收集与整合应用，为审讯情境中的侦查人员提供定制化对策建议，同时对审讯人才的筛选、培养和评价进行常态化支撑。随着公安机关新质战斗力的加快形成和提升，生成式人工智能技术不仅逐步与审讯实务深度融合，也为公安机关审讯知识管理提供了行之有效的新进路。当前，审讯知识管理仍存在缺乏成熟的模式与技术系统、依赖于个体间师传徒受、共享和创新效率不高的弊端，而生成式人工智能有望变革审讯知识管理范式，重构审讯知识传承路径，从而提升公安机关审讯部门新质战斗力的效能。从微观、中观、宏观视角，分别提出生成式人工智能赋能下的审讯知识生产模型、审讯知识转化模型和审讯知识生命周期模型，并从加强战略规划、共建知识生态系统、打造知识学习平台、构建知识反馈评价机制四个方面，对生成式人工智能如何应用于审讯知识管理实践提出对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Interrogation knowledge management aims to collect,integrate,and apply explicit and implicit interrogation knowledge and experience,providing customized countermeasures and suggestions for investigators in interrogation scenarios,while offering ongoing support for the selection,training,and evaluation of interrogation professionals.With the accelerated development and enhancement of new quality combat capabilities within public security organs,generative artificial intelligence technology is not only gradually integrating deeply into interrogation practices but also providing an effective new approach for interrogation knowledge management.Currently,interrogation knowledge management still suffers from shortcomings such as a lack of mature models and technical systems,reliance on individual mentorship,and inefficient sharing and innovation. Generative artificial intelligence has the potential to transform the paradigm of interrogation knowledge management and reconstruct the pathways of knowledge inheritance,thereby enhancing the effectiveness of new quality combat capabilities in the interrogation departments of public security organs. From micro,meso,and macro perspectives,this paper proposes a generative AI-enabled interrogation knowledge production model,an interrogation knowledge transformation model,and an interrogation knowledge lifecycle model,respectively.Furthermore,it offers countermeasures and suggestions on how to apply generative artificial intelligence in interrogation knowledge management practices across four aspects: strengthening strategic planning,co-building a knowledge ecosystem,creating a knowledge learning platform,and establishing a knowledge feedback and evaluation mechanism.更多还原
