【摘要】 网络“软暴力”催收作为涉网黑恶犯罪的新型表现形式之一，随着互联网金融的迅速发展和网贷平台的兴起而逐渐呈现高发态势。由于其隐蔽性、跨域性及技术化特征，不仅对被害公民个人造成心理伤害，而且对社会治安稳定构成威胁。应当从侦查治理的角度出发，深入剖析此类案件的侦查启动、取证、打击、协作、保障等困境，从优化侦查流程、提升侦查技术手段等方面提出针对性治理路径，创新侦查治理模式，以期为有效打击网络“软暴力”催收黑恶犯罪、维护社会稳定提供理论支持和实践指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Online “soft violence” debt collection has emerged as a new form of cyber-related organized crime,showing a rising trend alongside the growth of internet finance and online lending platforms. Due to its concealed,cross-regional,and technology-driven nature,it inflicts psychological harm on victims and poses a threat to social stability. From the perspective of investigative governance,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the challenges in case initiation,evidence collection,crackdown efforts,interagency collaboration,and resource allocation.It proposes targeted governance strategies,including optimizing investigative procedures and enhancing technical methods,to innovate investigative governance models.
