【摘要】 目的 分析关节突环锯锚定定位技术在腰椎后路脊柱内镜手术中的临床应用效果。方法 选取2022年5月—2024年5月甘肃省白银市第二人民医院骨科80例腰椎后路经椎板间入路单轴脊柱内镜手术患者，采用透视下关节突环锯锚定定位技术结合内镜下椎管减压椎间盘切除或椎间融合内固定手术治疗，统计定位准确率、透视次数、手术时间、住院时间、并发症情况及术后疗效。结果 80例患者术中均定位准确，定位准确率为100%。无镜下迷路及节段错误，术中未增加额外透视次数，手术时间明显缩短，术后效果良好。所有患者术后3个月、1年的视觉模拟评分法评分和腰椎Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表指数均低于术前(P<0.05)，总体疗效较好。结论 关节突环锯锚定定位技术操作简单且定位准确，在腰椎后路单轴脊柱内镜手术中具有良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of facet ring saw anchor positioning technology in posterior lumbar spinal endoscopic surgery. Methods From May 2022 to May 2024, a total of 80 patients with single-axis spinal endoscopic surgery through posterior lumbar interlaminar approach in the Second Department of Orthopedics, Second People’s Hospital of Baiyin City, Gansu Province were selected. The positioning technique of articular process saw under fiuoroscopy combined with endoscopic spinal decompression and discectomy or interbody fusion and internal fixation were used for treatment. The positioning accuracy, fiuoroscopy times, operation time, hospitalization time, complications and postoperative efficacy were statistically analyzed. Results The positioning was accurate in 80 patients, and the positioning accuracy was 100%. There were no microscopic labyrinth and segment errors. No additional fiuoroscopy times were added during the operation. The operation time was significantly shortened and the postoperative effect was good. The Visual Analogue Scale score and Oswestry Disability Index of all patients at 3 months and 1 year after operation were lower than those before operation(P < 0.05), and the overall curative effect was better. Conclusions The facet ring saw anchoring positioning technology is simple and accurate, and has a good effect in the posterior lumbar spine single-axis spinal endoscopic surgery.更多还原
