【摘要】 急性发作性眩晕伴听力下降多见于前庭周围性疾病，中枢神经系统病变所致者较为少见。中枢性病变如桥臂部位，因侧支循环丰富，梗死发生率低，在青年人群中发病更属罕见。本文报道1例以眩晕伴听力下降为主要表现的青年患者，其在耳鼻喉科被误诊为突发性聋，后经神经内科头脉冲-眼震-眼偏斜试验及头颅MRI检查，修正诊断为右侧桥臂梗死。本文通过对该患者的诊疗过程进行总结分析，以期提高相关医师对该类疾病的认知水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acute episodic vertigo accompanied by hearing loss is more commonly seen in peripheral vestibular diseases, while it is relatively rare in central nervous system disorders. Central lesions such as the bridge arm, due to the rich collateral circulation and low incidence of infarction, are more rare in young people. This paper reports a young patient with vertigo and hearing loss as the main manifestation. He was misdiagnosed as sudden deafness in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology. After the Head ImpulseNystagmus-Test of Skew and head MRI examination in the Department of Neurology, the diagnosis was corrected as right bridge arm infarction. This paper summarizes and analyzes the diagnosis and treatment process of the patient in order to improve the cognitive level of the relevant doctors on this kind of disease.更多还原
