【摘要】 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是一种严重的肺部疾病,表现为呼吸困难和低氧血症。本文总结1例因食管异物导致食管穿孔继发重度ARDS患者在体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)支持下进行的多学科治疗及护理经验。护理要点包括ECMO支持期间的护理、镇痛镇静的个体化全程管理及康复期的人文关怀护理。经过20 d的治疗与护理,患者病情稳定出院。该病例为这类共病的护理积累了可借鉴的经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) is a serious lung disease characterized by dyspnea and hypoxemia. This paper summarized the multidisciplinary treatment and nursing experience of a patient with severe ARDS secondary to esophageal perforation caused by esophageal foreign body under the support of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO). The key points of nursing included nursing during ECMO support, individualized whole-course management of analgesia and sedation, and humanistic care nursing during rehabilitation. After 20 days of treatment and nursing, the patient was discharged with stable condition. This case has accumulated useful experience for the nursing of such comorbidities.更多还原
