【摘要】 目的 探讨血清免疫功能指标水平对儿童轮状病毒性肠炎(RVE)合并心肌损害的诊断价值。方法 选取2022年1—12月兰溪市人民医院收治的224例RVE患儿，依据是否合并心肌损害分为研究组和对照组，每组112例。记录并比较两组患儿血清调节性T细胞(Treg)、辅助性T细胞17(Th17)、免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、IgM、补体C3和补体C4水平。结果 研究组Treg、IgA、IgG水平低于对照组，Th17、补体C4水平高于对照组(P <0.05)；两组IgM、补体C3水平比较，差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 RVE合并心肌损害患儿的血清Treg和Th17比例失衡，IgA和IgG水平降低，补体C4水平升高，提示这些免疫学指标在疾病发展中具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum immune function indexes in children with rotavirus enteritis(RVE) complicated with myocardial damage. Methods A total of 224 children with RVE admitted to Lanxi People’s Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to whether they were complicated with myocardial damage, with 112 cases in each group. The levels of serum regulatory T cells(Treg), helper T cell 17(Th17),immunoglobulin(Ig) A, Ig G, Ig M, complement C3 and complement C4 were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The levels of Treg, IgA and IgG in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of Th17 and complement C4 were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in IgM and complement C3 levels between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusions The proportion of Treg and Th17 in serum of children with RVE combined with myocardial damage was imbalanced, the levels of IgA and IgG were decreased, and the level of complement C4 was increased, suggesting that these immunological indicators play an important role in the development of the disease.更多还原
