【摘要】 目的 探讨耳部铜砭刮痧在突发性耳聋患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年2—7月广东省中医院收治的65例突发性耳聋患者，根据护理方法的不同分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=33)。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用耳部铜砭刮痧。比较两组临床症状、心理韧性及生活质量。结果 护理后，两组耳胀闷感、恶心呕吐、舌质暗红、眩晕和耳鸣评分均低于护理前，Connor-Davidson心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)和世界卫生组织生活质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)各维度评分及总分均高于护理前，且观察组耳胀闷感、恶心呕吐、舌质暗红、眩晕和耳鸣评分低于对照组，CD-RISC和WHOQOL-BREF各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 耳部铜砭刮痧能够改善突发性耳聋患者的临床症状，提高其心理韧性和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of ear copper needle scraping in the nursing of patients with sudden deafness. Methods A total of 65 patients with sudden deafness admitted to Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February to July 2024 were selected and divided into observation group(n = 32) and control group(n = 33) according to different nursing methods. The control group received conventional nursing, while the observation group received ear copper needle scraping in addition to the conventional nursing. The clinical symptoms, psychological resilience, and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of ear fullness and stuffiness, nausea and vomiting, dark red tongue,dizziness, and tinnitus in both groups were lower than those before nursing, and the scores of each dimension and total scores of he Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC) and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF) were higher than those before nursing; moreover, the scores of ear fullness and stuffiness, nausea and vomiting, dark red tongue, dizziness,and tinnitus in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of each dimension and total scores of CD-RISC and WHOQOL-BREF were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusions Ear copper needle scraping can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with sudden deafness, enhance their psychological resilience, and improve their quality of life.更多还原
