【Abstract】 Glucocorticoids(GCs) are the basic drugs for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE), which can significantly improve the prognosis of SLE patients. However, GCs also face many challenges in clinical application. Some patients may have dependence or drug resistance, and long-term use may lead to serious adverse reactions. In recent years, with the in-depth study of the clinical application problems of GCs, the use concepts and strategies of GCs in SLE treatment are changing.
