【摘要】 设计学研究生的实践能力对于适应行业需求、提升就业竞争力来说至关重要。文章从当前设计学学科现状及发展趋势出发，提出了行业发展对研究生实践能力的具体要求；结合我校设计学实际情况，从建立针对性课程模块、开展新兴技术与技能培训、引入跨学科真实项目等方面提出了构建该培养体系的具体措施；并展示了其初步效果；以期为设计学研究生实践能力的提升和与行业需求的有效对接提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The practical ability of postgraduates in design discipline is crucial for adapting to industrial demands and enhancing employment competitiveness. Starting from the current status and development trends of the design discipline, the paper proposes specific requirements for the practical abilities of postgraduate students in the industry. Based on the actual situation of our college’s design discipline, specific measures have been proposed to build this cultivation system, including establishing targeted curriculum modules, conducting training on emerging technologies and skills, and introducing interdisciplinary real projects. The paper presents the preliminary results of the implementation of measures, aiming to provide references for the improvement of practical abilities of postgraduates of design discipline and effective aligning with industrial demands.更多还原
