【摘要】 人居环境设计是落实全球可持续城市与社区建设目标的有意识行动探索。当前人居环境存在诸多非可持续发展困境，深究可持续发展理论有助于缓解设计困境、提升人居环境品质。首先，通过文献分析与逻辑推演，得出“三重可持续”理念是可持续发展理论的核心要义。其次，结合设计类型、设计方向、设计原则等内容，构建了面向环境共生、经济共兴、社会共创、系统共融的“三重可持续”人居环境设计理论框架。再次，以此为基，提出自然共生、生态整体、健康舒适、节约减量、循环再生、共享共兴、安全规范、公平通用、文明文创、开放共创、多样重组、自由共融十二条“三重可持续”人居环境设计实践路径，为建设可持续城市与社区提供理论参考和实践范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Human settlement environment design is a conscious exploratory practice for implementing the global goals for sustainable cities and communities. Currently, human settlement environments confront numerous challenges to sustainable development. Thus, in-depth exploration of sustainable development theories is conducive to alleviating design dilemmas and improving the human settlement environment quality. Firstly, through literature analysis and logical deduction, this study concludes that the concept of "Triple Sustainability" constitutes the core essence of sustainable development theories. Secondly, integrating elements such as design types, design orientations, and design principles, it constructs a "Triple Sustainability" theoretical framework for human settlement design, which focuses on environmental symbiosis, economic co-prosperity, social cocreation, and systematic integration. Thirdly, based on this theory, twelve practical paths for "Triple Sustainability" human settlement environment design are proposed, namely natural symbiosis, ecological integrity, health and comfort, conservation and reduction, recycling and regeneration, shared prosperity, safety and standardization, equity and universality, civilization inheritance and cultural innovation, openness and co-creation, diversity and recombination, and spatial freedom and integration.
