【摘要】 在新一轮科技革命和产业变革深入演化的背景下，科技创新与产业创新深度融合已成为推动经济社会高质量发展的核心动力，以及衡量一个国家或地区综合实力的重要因素。校企科研合作则是连接科技创新（研发端）与产业创新（应用端）的重要纽带，既能通过高校科研资源支撑企业技术升级，又能以企业市场需求引导高校研发方向，进而推动二者从分散创新走向深度融合。当前，我国科技研发与产业需求“两张皮”现象突出，高校科研供给与企业实际需求脱节，制约了创新资源的聚合。文章通过理论分析，揭示了校企科研合作在促进科技创新与产业创新融合中知识流动、资源整合、风险分担和创新网络层面的多重效应，从制度创新、模式创新、科技体系创新和协同创新四个维度，提出构建联动治理的政策框架体系、拓展产学研深度融合的实现路径、夯实成果转化的要素支撑基础、革新政校企多元主体的治理范式等创新路径，为打通科技创新与产业创新融合梗阻提供理论支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation has become the core driving force for high-quality economic and social development,as well as an important factor in measuring the comprehensive strength of a country or region. Education-production-research collaboration is a key link connecting technological innovation(R&D end) and industrial innovation(application end). It can not only support the technological upgrading of enterprises through the research resources of universities but also guide the R&D directions of universities with enterprise and market demands,thereby promoting the two from separated innovation to deep integration. Currently,the disconnection between scientific research in universities and industrial demand of enterprises in China is prominent,which restricts the aggregation efficiency of innovation resources. Through a theoretical analysis,this article reveals the multiple effects of education-production-research collaboration in promoting the knowledge flow,resource integration,risk sharing,and innovation network in the integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation. From the four dimensions of institutional innovation,pattern innovation,scientific and technological system innovation,and collaborative innovation,this paper proposes innovation paths such as building a policy framework for joint governance,expanding the implementation path of deep integration of production,education,and research,consolidating the factor support for research achievement transformation,and reforming the governance paradigm involving the government,universities,and enterprises. This paper provides theoretical support for breaking the obstacles in the integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation.更多还原
