中国市域可再生能源技术创新的时空演化、差异分解及收敛性研究
Study on the Spatio-temporal Evolution, Differential Decomposition and Convergence Analysis of Renewable Energy Technology Innovation in Chinese Cities
【摘要】 本文以2010—2021年中国284个城市为研究样本,基于“区域差异”和“禀赋差异”视角,重点考察中国市域可再生能源技术创新的时空演化特征、差异来源及收敛性。研究表明:(1)中国市域可再生能源技术创新水平持续上升,东部地区领先,中西部及东北地区则依次递减,且非资源型城市创新水平增长幅度远大于资源型城市。(2)中国市域可再生能源技术创新呈现“大分散-小集聚”的空间特征,表现为“东部强势领先-中西部局部跟随-东北大幅滞后”的空间格局;东部地区高-高集聚、西部地区高-低集聚特征明显,非资源型城市和资源型城市空间特征与所属区域特征基本一致。(3)区域差异视角下,组间差异是中国市域可再生能源技术创新总体差异的主要来源,禀赋差异视角下则是组内差异。(4)无论是否引入空间因素,中国市域可再生能源技术创新均存在绝对β收敛和条件β收敛特征。
【Abstract】 Based on the dual perspectives of regional disparities and endowment disparities, this study selects 284 Chinese cities as the research sample, and systematically investigates the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics, sources of disparities, and convergence patterns of renewable energy technological innovation in Chinese cities during the period of 2010-2021.Research findings indicate that:(1)The level of renewable energy technology innovation in Chinese cities has exhibited a sustained upward trend.Specifically, the eastern region demonstrates a leading position, whereas the central and western regions, along with the northeastern region, display a sequentially declining trend.Moreover, the growth rate of renewable energy technology innovation in non-resource-based cities significantly outpaces that of resource-based cities.(2)The renewable energy technology innovation in Chinese cities is characterized by a spatial pattern of large dispersion with small agglomeration, manifesting as strong leadership in the eastern region, localized following in the central and western regions, and significant lagging in the northeastern region.Meanwhile, the eastern region exhibits a pronounced high-high agglomeration feature, whereas the western region demonstrates a distinct high-low agglomeration feature.Additionally, the spatial characteristics of non-resource-based cities and resource-based cities are largely consistent with those of their respective regional contexts.(3)From the perspective of regional disparities, inter-group differences constitute the primary source of overall variation in renewable energy technological innovation in Chinese cities.In contrast, from the perspective of endowment disparities, intra-group differences play a more significant role.(4)Whether or not spatial factors are considered, the renewable energy technology innovation in Chinese cities exhibits both absolute β-convergence and conditional β-convergence characteristics.
