社会资本视角下集成供应链协同的知识共享演化博弈分析

【摘要】 针对集成供应链企业间“选择性共享行为”引发的知识共享粘滞问题，从社会资本视角分析集成供应链知识共享活动，在此基础上，构建集成供应链知识共享演化博弈模型，并对不同的演化路径和影响因素进行探究。结果表明：集成供应链企业间信任程度、共享心智模式以及网络中心性、知识保护重视程度的增加有利于提高知识共享的协同收益。而知识共享的搜索成本、传递成本和沟通成本的增加，使得企业间知识共享的难度加大，进而降低主体间知识共享的意愿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of knowledge sharing stickiness caused by "selective sharing behavior" among enterprises in the integrated supply chain, the study analyzes the knowledge sharing activities of the integrated supply chain from the perspective of social capital. On this basis, an evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing in the integrated supply chain is constructed, and different evolution paths and influencing factors are explored. The results show that the increase in the degree of trust among integrated supply chain enterprises, shared mental models, network centrality, and the emphasis on knowledge protection is conducive to improving the collaborative benefits of knowledge sharing. The increase in search cost, transmission cost and communication cost of knowledge sharing makes it more difficult for enterprises to share knowledge, thereby reducing the willingness of subjects to share knowledge.更多还原
