BIM技术在溜破系统硐室施工阶段中的综合运用

【摘要】 为了响应国家智能化政策,推广BIM(建筑信息模型)技术在矿山建设中的应用,利用Revit的公制常规模型和参数化建模方法实现了基本空间与结构族的构建,建立了控制轴网组合溜破系统的完整模型。应用Navisworks软件对溜破系统进行可视化展示、施工方案技术交底和硐室先后施工方案进度的模拟,展现了BIM技术对于各个井巷硐室相对杂乱的空间位置关系的处理和定位、高精度构件在巷道模型的展示、复杂施工工艺的模拟和硐室先后施工顺序中的作用,表明BIM技术应用于矿山施工建设可以加快理解平面图纸和施工技术、加强不同施工建设部门的协同合作、缩短矿山建设周期,对推进矿山智能化建设具有一定参考价值。

【Abstract】 In response to the national intelligent policy, promote the application of BIM(Building Information Modeling) in mine construction. Using the metric common model functional module and parametric modeling method in Revit to complete the construction of basic space families and structural families and Establish the control axis network to combine the models into a complete model of the Ore-pass fragmenting system; In the later stage, Navisworks was used for 3D visualization of the ore-pass system model, and to simulate the construction plan, and to simulate the sequential construction progress for the chamber. Displaying BIM’s handling and positioning of the relatively messy spatial relationships between various models, the exhibition of high-precision components and tunnel models, the simulation of complex construction techniques, and its role in the sequential construction order of the chamber. It indicates that the application of BIM in mining construction can speed up the comprehension of plane drawings and strengthen the cooperation among different construction departments, thereby reducing the construction duration of the mine. It shows that the application of BIM in mining construction can expedite the comprehension of plane drawings, strengthen the cooperation among different construction departments, and thereby reduce the construction duration of the mine and BIM has certain reference value for promoting the intelligent construction of mine.
