发明人网络对企业突破式创新质量的影响与机制研究
A Study on the Impact and Mechanism of Inventor Networks on the Quality of Breakthrough Innovation in Enterprises
【摘要】 梯度培育创新型企业是加快形成新质生产力的关键任务之一。然而本文基于A股上市公司专利数据发现,中国突破式创新表现“量增质缓”的现象。为深入揭示其背后的微观机制,本文聚焦于发明人网络对企业突破式创新质量的作用,在优化发明人身份和流动识别策略的基础上,构建了上市公司发明人网络,并从发明人流动和知识整合的双重视角考察发明人网络对企业突破式创新质量的影响及作用机制。研究表明,企业发明人网络嵌入可通过发明人引进、知识宽度拓展、知识深度夯实等机制显著提升突破式创新质量。进一步分析表明,发明人引进是造成企业突破式创新质量差异化表现的核心机制。本文研究为优化创新资源配置、梯度培育创新型企业、以高质量创新引领高质量发展提供了事实支撑与政策启示。
【Abstract】 Gradient cultivation of innovative enterprises is one of the key tasks for accelerating the formation of new-quality productive forces. However, based on patent data from A-share listed companies, this article reveals that China exhibits the phenomenon of ‘quantity growth but quality stagnation’ in its breakthrough innovation. To delve into the underlying micro-mechanisms, this paper focuses on the role of inventor networks in influencing the quality of enterprises’ breakthrough innovation. By refining the identification strategies for inventor identities and mobility, we construct inventor networks for listed companies and examine the impact and mechanisms of these networks on the quality of breakthrough innovation from the dual perspectives of inventor mobility and knowledge integration. The findings indicate that integrating into inventor networks enables enterprises to better leverage mechanisms such as the introduction of inventors, broadening knowledge breadth, and deepening knowledge foundations. Further analysis reveals that the introduction of inventors is the core mechanism driving differences in enterprises’ innovation performance. The study’s conclusions provide empirical support and policy insights for optimizing national innovation resource allocation, fostering innovative enterprises through a tiered approach, and advancing high-quality innovation to lead high-quality development.
