【摘要】 在长期防沙治沙的实践中，磴口县形成了以“保护优先、多主体参与、治用结合、科技赋能”为主要特征防沙治沙“磴口模式”,生态环境呈现“整体好转、改善加速”态势，生态保护和经济发展步入了良性循环状态。“磴口模式”的政策性启示价值主要包括：防沙治沙工作应处理好防沙治沙和保护原生沙漠的关系、提升防沙治沙科技水平、持续推动防沙治沙政策和制度创新、因地制宜选择生物治沙和工程治沙方式、协调处理防沙治沙生态效益与经济效益的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the long-term practice of desertification prevention and control, the Dengkou model has been formed.The main connotation of Dengkou model can be summarized as“protection priority, multi-subject participation, combination of prevention and application, and scientific and technological empowerment”.Based on the Dengkou model, the Dengkou County’s ecological environment has shown a trend of “overall improvement and accelerated improvement”, and ecological protection and economic development have entered a virtuous circle.The policy enlightenment value of the Dengkou model mainly includes: properly handling the relationship between desertification prevention and control and the protection of native deserts, improving the science and technology level of desertification prevention and control, continuing to promote desertification prevention and control policies and institutional innovation, choosing biological and engineering desertification control methods according to local conditions, and coordinaing the relationship between ecological and economic benefits of desertification prevention and control.更多还原
