【Abstract】 With the rapid development of digital technologies, digital social work has emerged. As digital technologies are accelerating their penetration into all sectors of society, digital social work, a new form resulting from the indepth integration of traditional social work and information technologies, is driving the industry logic to transform from "technology adaptation" to "paradigm reconstruction". To answer the question of "how to respond to the transition of social work talent cultivation in the digital society", this research is based on the background of the digital society transition and systematically analyzes the duality of digital social work practices. Given the inevitability of paradigm reconstruction in social work in the digital age, a dual-transition path for talent cultivation is proposed: cultivating professional talents with both digital competence and a sense of social mission is the key to achieving a balance between technological efficiency and human-centered values, and it is also a solid professional foundation for safeguarding social justice and enhancing human well-being in the digital age.更多还原
