能源化学研究型人才协同创新培养模式的创建与实践

【摘要】 能源化学是利用化学的原理和方法,研究能量获取、储存及转换过程基本规律的学科,是能源科学中的最主要分支之一。在“双碳”目标的大背景下,推进能源化学研究型人才培养具有十分重要的现实意义。面对我国能源化学研究型人才培养的问题和挑战,厦门大学相关单位在协同创新理念的指引下,通过构建层层递进的课程体系,严格把控博士生入学条件,实行导师组制度,组织累积考试、年度考核和例会报告等一系列措施强化人才培养质量管理,形成了本研协同、多学科协同、校内校外协同、国内国外协同和师生协同等多元化的人才培养模式,取得了显著成效,其经验可为其他高校提供参考与借鉴。

【Abstract】 Energy chemistry is the study of the basic laws of energy acquisition, storage and conversion processes using chemical principles and methods. It is one of the most important branches of energy science. Under the background of “dual carbon goals”, promoting the cultivation of energy chemistry research talents is of great practical significance. Facing the challenges in cultivating research talents in energy chemistry, relevant units at Xiamen University have developed a diversified talent training model under the guidance of collaborative innovation concept. Through establishing a progressive curriculum system, implementing strict doctoral admission criteria, adopting a supervisor group system, and strengthening quality management through cumulative examinations, annual assessments and regular research meetings, the university has formed a collaborative model integrating undergraduate and graduate education, multiple disciplines, on-campus and off-campus resources, domestic and international cooperation, and teacher-student interaction. This model has achieved significant results and can provide valuable reference for other universities.
