【摘要】 党建引领区域联合发展是实现新时代山区乡村共同富裕的重要路径。探析重要路径背后的实践逻辑与促进机理成为亟待深入研究的议题。本文从政党功能视角出发，以淳安县大下姜乡村振兴联合体为考察对象，探讨党建引领区域联合发展的促进机理。研究发现，基层党组织在引领区域联合发展的过程中，其功能主要表现为组织引领、资源整合及利益联结，并通过功能发挥实现了区域的共治、共建和共享，构建了区域发展共同体，进而助推共同富裕的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Party building leading regional joint development is an important path for mountainous villages to achieve common prosperity in the new era. Exploring the practical logic and promotion mechanism behind the important path has become a topic that needs to be studied in depth. From the perspective of political party function, this paper takes the Daxiajiang Rural Revitalization Consortium in Chun’an County as the object of investigation to explore the promotion mechanism of regional joint development led by Party building. It is found that in the process of leading the regional joint development, the grassroots party organizations are mainly manifested in the three functions of organizational guidance, resource integration and interest connection, and realize the co-governance, coconstruction and sharing of the region through the function play, build a regional development community, and then promote the realization of common prosperity.更多还原
