【摘要】 目的 探讨滋肾育胎丸对复发性流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion, RSA)合并抗磷脂综合征(antiphospholipid syndrome, APS)的疗效及对妊娠结局的影响。方法 选取2021年5月至2024年9月期间河北省人民医院就诊的RSA合并APS患者140例，按电脑随机数字表法分为两组：对照组给予西医治疗，研究组在对照组基础上加用滋肾育胎丸治疗，各70例。比较两组症状改善情况及药物不良反应发生情况，统计抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)转阴情况，随访妊娠结局。结果 治疗2、4、6、8周后，研究组中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，研究组ACA总转阴率97.14%、保胎成功率95.71%,高于对照组80.00%、82.86%(P<0.05)。两组不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义(4.29%vs.2.86%,P>0.05)。结论 滋肾育胎丸治疗RSA合并APS能提高ACA转阴率，改善临床症状，提高保胎成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Zishen Yutai pills in treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)combined with antiphospholipid syndrome(APS),and to observe its impact on pregnancy outcomes.Methods From May 2021 to September 2024,140 patients with RSA and APS who visited the Hebei Provincial People’s Hospital were selected, they were randomly divided into two groups according to the computer random number table method: 70 cases in the control group received Western medicine treatment, 70 cases in the research group received additional treatment with Zishen Yutai pills on the basis of the control group. The improvement of symptoms and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions between two groups were compared, the negative conversion of anticardiolipin antibodies(ACA)was counted, and the pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were followed up.Results After 2,4,6 and 8 weeks of treatment, the traditional Chinese medical syndrome scores of the research group were significantly decreased than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the total negative conversion rate of ACA in the research group was 97.14%,success rate of fetal protection was 95.71%,which were significantly higher than 80.00% and 82.86% of the control group(P<0.05). The comparison of adverse reaction rates between the two groups(4.29% vs 2.86%) showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Zishen Yutai pills can improve the conversion rate of ACA to negative, alleviate clinical symptoms and increase the success rate of fetal protection in the treatment of RSA combined with APS.更多还原
