【Abstract】 Amid the waves of globalization and digitalization, New Quality Productive Forces is reshaping the educational landscape at an unprecedented pace. Vocational education, serving as a bridge connecting theory with practice and education with industry, has gained increasing prominence. However, the shortage of innovative and interdisciplinary talents highlights the existing gaps in contemporary vocational education.Building a faculty team capable of providing holistic student guidance, demonstrating strong scientific research innovation capabilities, solid theoretical knowledge, and robust practical competencies has become a critical component of vocational education reform. Under the framework of New Quality Productive Forces,this study proposes enhancing the core competencies of faculty by deepening industry-education integration, leveraging digital technology-related majors as a foundation, and innovating teaching models.
