基于CiteSpace的松材线虫病研究可视化分析

【摘要】 为深度剖析松材线虫病的研究现状、热点和前沿趋势,准确了解国内外松材线虫病研究的发展阶段和特点,通过文献计量工具CiteSpace对1992-2024年WOS(Web of Science)和中国知网(CNKI)核心数据库中的松材线虫病相关文献资料进行文献计量可视化分析。研究结果表明:(1)中国、日本、韩国是研究松材线虫病的主要国家,其中,中国学者发文量为全球第一(819篇),但篇均被引频次(12.53次)显著低于日本(24.89次);(2)研究热点已从病原鉴定、媒介昆虫防治转向基因表达调控和智能监测技术;(3)学科交叉强度提升,生态学与分子生物学的知识流动强度增长47%;(4)研究历程可划分为基础研究期(1992-2005年)、技术应用期(2006-2015年)和智能转型期(2016-2024年)。建议未来聚焦抗性育种、智能监测网络构建及跨境联合攻关。

【Abstract】 To comprehensively analyze the current research status, hotspots, and frontier trends, as well as to accurately delineate the developmental phases and characteristics of pine wood nematode disease(PWD) research both domestically and internationally, a bibliometric visualization was conducted on the relevant literature on pine wood nematode disease from 1992 to 2024 using the Cite Space bibliometric tool, which is based on the WOS(Web of Science) and CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure) core databases. The research findings indicate that:(1) China, Japan, and South Korea are the core research countries, with China ranking first globally in the number of publications(819 articles), but its average citations per article(12.53) is significantly lower than that of Japan(24.89);(2) Research hotspots have shifted from pathogen identification and vector insect control to gene expression regulation and intelligent monitoring technology;(3) Interdisciplinary integration has intensified,with the knowledge flow intensity between ecology and molecular biology increasing by 47%;(4) The research process can be divided into three stages: the basic research period(1992-2005), the technical application period(2006-2015), and the intelligent transformation period(2016-2024). It is recommended that future research should focus on the resistance breeding, construction of intelligent monitoring networks, and cross-border collaborative research.
