【摘要】 随着城市居民对高品质生活环境需求的增长，公园环境对居民健康的潜在影响日益受到关注。以位于天津市和平区五大道旅游景区核心区域的睦南公园为例，通过系统采集其温湿度、颗粒物浓度、负氧离子浓度等环境因子，探究公园环境与居民健康的感知关系；运用时间序列分析与回归模型，揭示环境因子与健康效益的关联及规律。结果表明，负氧离子浓度与居民睡眠质量存在显著正相关，颗粒物浓度与居民心理状态呈显著负相关。研究结果为城市公园的生态服务功能优化及健康城市建设提供了科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the growth of urban residents’ demand for high-quality living environment, the potential impact of park environment on residents’ health has drawn increasing attention. Taking the Munan Park located in the core area of Wudadao Tourist Scenic Area, Heping District, Tianjin as an example, by systematically collecting environmental factors such as temperature and humidity, particulate matter concentration, and negative oxygen ions concentration, the paper explores the perceptual relationship between the park environment and residents’ health, and reveals the correlation and pattern between environmental factors and health benefits by applying time series analysis and regression model. The results show that the negative oxygen ions concentration is significantly positively correlated with the sleep quality of residents, while the particulate matter concentration is significantly negatively correlated with the psychological state of residents. The research results provide a scientific basis for the optimization of ecological service functions of urban parks and the construction of healthy cities.更多还原
