基于KJ-AHP-FCE的宠物饮食机功能设计研究

【摘要】 为探求年轻上班族的宠物健康管理需求与智能宠物饮食机的关系,建立功能需求指标体系,为宠物产品的设计提供理论依据。通过用户访谈和问卷调查对使用者需求进行初步调研,通过KJ亲和图法总结用户对宠物饮食机的功能需求,用AHP层次分析法构建模型并计算需求权重值,根据指标权重进行设计实践,实现需求向功能的转化,最后通过FCE模糊评价法对设计方案进行评估选出最佳设计方案。

【Abstract】 To explore the health management needs of young office workers for their pets and the relationship with smart pet feeding machines, a functional requirement indicator system is established to provide a theoretical basis for the design of pet products. Through user interviews and questionnaires, an initial survey of user needs is conducted. The KJ method(Affinity Diagram) is used to summarize users’ functional requirements for the pet feeding machine. An AHP( Analytic Hierarchy Process) model is then constructed to calculate the weight values of the requirements. Based on these weights, design practice is carried out to transform requirements into functions. Finally,the FCE(Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation) method is applied to assess and select the optimal design solution.
