基于场景的洪灾自救救生衣设计研究

【摘要】 洪灾作为威胁人类生存的十大自然灾害之一,每年都会在中国乃至世界各地造成严重的经济损失与人员伤亡。尤其在中国,洪灾已成为发生频率最高、影响面积最广的自然灾害。东南沿海和一些内陆地区时常受到洪水的影响,这严重威胁了当地居民的人身财产安全。尽管目前已有较完备的洪灾应急体系,但也难以第一时间落实到个人,因此洪灾自救方面的问题依旧是不容忽视的重点。本文通过对中国洪灾频发地区(特别是东南沿海)的受灾情况进行深入的调查分析以及对当地居民的亲身经历进行访谈,提出一种更适应现代洪灾自救场景的救生衣设计。这种产品拥有更完备的自救与互救功能,能更大程度避免人员伤亡与财产损失。

【Abstract】 Floods, as one of the top ten natural disasters threatening human survival, annually cause severe economic losses and casualties in China and around the world. In particular, floods have become the most frequent and widespread natural disaster in China. The southeast coastal areas and some inland regions are frequently affected by floods, posing a severe threat to the personal and property safety of local residents. Although a relatively complete flood emergency response system is currently in place, it is challenging to ensure timely implementation at the individual level. Therefore, issues related to self-rescue during floods remain a critical focus that cannot be ignored.This paper presents a design for a life jacket that is better suited to modern flood self-rescue scenarios, based on in-depth investigations and analyses of disaster situations in flood-prone areas in China(especially the southeast coastal regions) and interviews with local residents about their personal experiences. This product boasts more comprehensive self-rescue and mutual-rescue functions, significantly reducing casualties and property losses.
