基于OpenPose动作姿态分析的健身器材可用性研究

【摘要】 通过建立健身器材可用性研究指标,分析用户动作姿态数据,对健身器材效率、有效性与易用性进行定量研究。招募老中青全年龄层共40位被试进行可用性测试,通过录像与OpenPose结合的方式采集用户动作姿态数据,使用Borg与RPE量表记录主观感受。结果表明全身有氧类健身器材整体使用效率较低,其中骑车器的使用效率与易用性最高,骑马器有效性最高。基于结果分析得出社区端器材配置比例参考,用户端器材选择参考与设计端器材动作类型与范围参考。

【Abstract】 To conduct a quantitative study on the efficiency, effectiveness and ease of use of fitness equipment by establishing fitness facility usability research indicators and analyzing users’ movement and posture data. A total of 40 subjects of all ages were recruited for the usability test. Users’ movement data were collected through a combination of video recording and OpenPose, and subjective feelings were recorded using the Borg and RPE scales. The results showed that the overall use of whole-body aerobic fitness equipment was inefficient, with cycling machines having the highest use efficiency and ease of use, and horseback riding machines having the highest effectiveness. Based on the analysis of the results, a reference for equipment allocation ratio at the community end, a reference for equipment selection at the user end, and a reference for equipment movement type and range at the design end were derived.
