环形面边界区域喷涂成膜特性研究

【摘要】 为探究环形面边界区域喷涂成膜特性,采用欧拉-拉格朗日法建立环形面边界区域喷涂仿真模型。通过对模型进行求解,揭示该区域内喷涂成膜机制。在此基础上,引入喷涂距离和边界距离,分析二者对内、外边界区域成膜特性的影响规律,并建立与喷涂膜厚均匀性之间的对应关系。结果表明:随着喷涂距离增加,外、内边界区域长轴截面内的流场扩散范围和所形成的速度梯度变化范围均逐渐增大,短轴截面内流场扩散不明显,所形成的速度梯度变化范围逐渐增大;外、内边界区域内液膜形状由“椭圆状”向“棒状”过渡;边界距离对外、内边界区域成膜特性的影响实际是由喷炬与壁面接触面积的变化造成的,当接触面积增大时,长轴截面内所形成的速度梯度范围沿y轴方向逐渐增大,短轴截面内气相流场沿壁面的扩散范围逐渐增大,喷涂平面上形成的液膜面积逐渐增加。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the film forming characteristics of the annular surface boundary region, the Euler-Lagrange method was used to establish a spraying simulation model of the annular surface boundary region.The spraying film-forming mechanism in the area was revealed by solving the model.On this basis, the spraying distance and boundary distance were introduced to analyze the influence of the two on the film-forming characteristics of the inner and outer boundary regions, and the correspondence between them and the uniformity of spraying film thickness was established.The results show that with the increase of spraying distance, the diffusion range of flow field and the variation range of velocity gradient in the long axis section of the outer and inner boundary regions increase gradually.The diffusion of flow field in the short axis section is not obvious, and the variation range of velocity gradient increases gradually.The shape of liquid film in the outer and inner boundary regions transits from "oval" to "rod".The influence of the boundary distance on the film-forming characteristics of the outer and inner boundary regions is actually caused by the change of the contact area between the torch and the wall.When the contact area increases, the velocity gradient range formed in the long axis section gradually increases along the y-axis direction, the diffusion range of the gas phase flow field along the wall in the short axis section gradually increases, and the liquid film area formed on the spraying plane gradually increases.
