基于Copula函数性能退化模型的电主轴可靠性评估
Reliability Assessment of Electric Spindle Based on Performance Degradation Model of Copula Function
【摘要】 针对数控机床电主轴性能退化参数间的相关性问题,提出基于Copula函数性能退化模型的电主轴可靠性评估方法,分别建立电主轴轴端径向跳动量和主轴振动量失效分布函数,利用Copula函数建立其联合分布函数并分析相关性,最终预估电主轴的可靠性曲线,将分析结果分别与基于单一性能退化参数及不考虑性能退化参数相关性的电主轴可靠性评估结果进行对比。结果表明:电主轴轴端径向跳动量与主轴振动量具有一定的相关性,基于Copula函数模型的可靠性评估结果较其他评估方法具有更高的安全裕度。该方法为数控机床电主轴及其他寿命长、性能退化参数多的机械产品可靠性分析提供参考。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of the correlation between the performance degradation parameters of the electric spindle of CNC machine tool, the spindle reliability evaluation method based on Copula function performance degradation model was proposed.The failure distribution functions of the radial jump quantity at the spindle end and the amount of main shaft vibration were established respectively, and the Copula function was used to establish their joint distribution functions and analyze the correlations.Finally, the spindle reliability curve was predicted, and the analysis results were compared with the reliability evaluation results of the spindle based on single performance degradation parameter and without considering the correlation of performance degradation parameter.The results show that the radial jump quantity at the spindle end is related to the amount of main shaft vibration, and the reliability evaluation results based on the Copula function model have a higher safety margin than other evaluation methods.The proposed method can provide reference for the reliability evaluation of electric spindle of CNC machine tool and other mechanical products with long life and multiple performance degradation parameters.
