某双燃料动力装置整机仿真与故障模拟分析
Simulation and fault simulation analysis of a dual-fuel power unit
【摘要】 以瓦锡兰DF20 LNG/柴油双燃料发动机实机技术参数为依据,在GT-Power软件中建立其整机工作过程一维仿真模型,利用台架试验数据对模型进行修正,得到双燃料发动机正常工况下的计算模型。对模型中相应参数进行修改,模拟了双燃料发动机额定工况下单缸供气过多或过少、引燃油喷油过迟或过早等故障,并对不同环境温度下双燃料发动机的工作过程进行模拟;通过对计算结果的处理分析,得出不同故障、同一故障不同程度以及不同环境温度下发动机热工参数的变化规律,为LNG/柴油双燃料发动机的故障诊断及排除提供参考依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the actual technical parameters of the W?rtsil? DF20 LNG/diesel dual-fuel engine, a one-dimensional simulation model of the whole machine′s working process is established in the GT-Power software, and the model is corrected by the bench test data to obtain the calculation model of the dual-fuel engine under normal operating conditions.The corresponding parameters in the model were modified to simulate the faults of excessive or insufficient single cylinder gas supply, too late or too early pilot fuel injection under the rated operating conditions of dual-fuel engines, and the operation of dual-fuel engines under different ambient temperatures, and simulate the working process of dual-fuel engines at different ambient temperatures. Through the processing and analysis of the calculation results, the change law of engine thermal parameters under different faults, different degrees of the same fault and different ambient temperatures is obtained, which provides a reference basis for the fault diagnosis and elimination of LNG/diesel dual-fuel engines.
