精轧螺纹钢筋扩大头抗浮锚杆在某工程抗浮中的应用

【摘要】 抗浮锚杆在解决工程抗浮问题中起到了至关重要的作用。针对普通抗浮锚杆抗拔承载力低和易变形的问题,设计了一种采用精轧螺纹钢筋(PSB)代替普通钢筋的PSB扩大头抗浮锚杆,单根抗浮锚杆抗拔承载力特征值达到700kN,超过常用抗浮锚杆2.8倍。并通过现场抗拔试验,对PSB扩大头抗浮锚杆开展了变形研究。结果表明,PSB扩大头抗浮锚杆在最大试验荷载1 065.1kN作用下锚头位移仅为8.23~15.32mm,平均值为10.98mm,卸载后回弹率为48.41%~72.05%,未出现破坏,展现了优良的性能。与普通HRB钢筋抗浮锚杆相比,PSB扩大头抗浮锚杆通过提高单根抗浮锚杆的抗拔承载力实现减少所需抗浮锚杆的数量,进一步减少钢筋的用量,间接减少了建筑行业的碳排放。

【Abstract】 Anti-floating anchors play a crucial role in solving anti-floating problems of the engineering. To solve the problems of low pullout bearing capacity and easy deformation of common anti-floating anchors, a PSB underreamed anti-floating anchor with prestressing screw-thread steel bars(PSB) instead of normal steel bars was designed. The designed pullout bearing capacity of single PSB underreamed anti-floating anchor can reach 700kN, which is more than 2.8 times of the commonly used anti-floating anchors. The study on deformation of PSB underreamed anti-floating anchors was carried out by on-site pullout test. The results show that the displacement of the anchor head under the maximum test load of 1 065.10kN is only 8.23~15.32mm, with an average value of 10.98mm. The rebound rate after unloading is 48.41%~72.05%, and no failures occurre, demonstrating excellent performance. Compared to normal HRB anti-floating anchors, the number of PSB underreamed anti-floating anchors is reduced due to their high pullout capacity, which further reduces the amount of steel used and indirectly reduces carbon emissions in the construction industry.
