【摘要】 目的 探讨基于问卷星的神经病学互动式临床带教模式在针灸推拿本科生实习中的应用效果。方法 于2023年3月—2024年3月,选择56名北京中医药大学针灸推拿专业本科生作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组28人。采用问卷星对学生实习前预习、课后复习问卷调查的互动式临床带教模式与传统带教模式进行对比。对观察组和对照组学生的考试成绩、教学模式认可程度、满意度评价等方面进行比较。结果 观察组出科考试的理论成绩和实践成绩均高于对照组(P <0.01);观察组在激发学习兴趣、启迪临床思维、培养职业道德和提高学习效果方面,评分均高于对照组(P <0.01);观察组满意度(82.14%)高于对照组(57.14%,P <0.05)。结论 问卷星的应用在针灸推拿专业神经病学临床带教中的交互式教学模式是一种有效的教学创新,它不仅提高了教学效率和学生的学习兴趣,还为未来的教学模式改革提供了新的思路和方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of a Questionnaire Star-based interactive clinical teaching model of neurology in the internship of undergraduates majoring in acupuncture-moxibustion and tuina. Methods From March 2023 to March 2024, 56 undergraduates majoring in acupuncture-moxibustion and tuina at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects. They were allocated via the random number table method into an observation group and a control group, with 28 participants in each group. An interactive clinical teaching model using Questionnaire Star for pre-internship preparation and post-class review was adopted. The conventional teaching model was adopted in the control group. The two groups were compared in terms of examination scores, teaching model evaluation scales, and satisfaction ratings. Results The observation group showed higher theoretical and practical scores in the final examination than the control group(P < 0.01). Additionally, the observation group scored higher than the control group in stimulating learning interest, inspiring clinical thinking, cultivating professional ethics, and enhancing learning outcomes(P < 0.01). Moreover, the satisfaction rate in the observation group(82.14%) exceeded that in the control group(57.14%, P < 0.05). Conclusion The interactive clinical teaching model of neurology for undergraduates majoring in acupuncture-moxibustion and tuina based on Questionnaire Star is an effective teaching innovation. It improves the teaching efficiency and students’ learning interest, while also presenting new ideas and directions for future reforms in teaching models.更多还原
