【摘要】 本文通过检索中文数据库中国知网、万方及维普及外文数据库PubMed，回顾了近30年中西医结合对经典促性腺激素释放激素类似物激动剂（GnRH-a）促排卵长方案（长方案）的认识，并阐述了中医药根据长方案的特点从不同阶段用不同手段进行干预，以促进优质卵泡发育及改善子宫内膜容受性，从而提高妊娠成功率。本文回顾揭示了中医药干预长方案研究中的不足及成果，旨在为一系列促排卵方案提供中西医结合的临床研究思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study reviewed the articles about the gonadotropin-releasing hormone a(GnRH-a) long protocol of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine that were published in the last three decades in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, and PubMed. According to the characteristics of the long protocol, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) interventions were carried out at different stages and with different means to promote high-quality follicle development and improve endometrial receptivity, thus increasing the success rate of pregnancy. This review reveals the shortcomings and achievements in the research on TCM intervention of GnRH-a long protocol, aiming to provide the clinical research ideas for promoting ovulation.更多还原
