【Abstract】 This article summarizes the history of the application of Pinelliae Rhizoma by reviewing the ancient books and literature about the compatibility and processing methods of Pinelliae Rhizoma. Furthermore, it reviews the modern research progress in the components, the changes of chemical composition before and after processing, and the pharmacological effects of Pinelliae Rhizoma. It summarizes and discusses the clinical application of different Pinelliae Rhizoma processed products, providing reference for the rational use of Pinelliae Rhizoma in clinical practice.更多还原
