基于俄乌冲突导航对抗的GNSS干扰源天基监测研究

【摘要】 卫星导航凭借其全天时、全天候、高精度、全球覆盖等优势已被广泛应用于各类武器装备,然而卫星导航天然的脆弱性导致其容易被干扰,战时将对武器装备效能发挥产生不利影响,甚至导致战争失利。以卫星导航对抗为主体的导航战已成为一种新的作战样式,干扰源监测作为一种防御性对抗手段对于掌握战场导航对抗态势与指挥决策具有重大意义。分析了俄乌冲突中的卫星导航干扰情况,表明以GNSS干扰与干扰源监测为代表的导航对抗已深度融入现代信息化战争,亟需有效的干扰源监测手段支撑未来战场;梳理总结了GNSS干扰监测的现状,指出GNSS干扰源天基监测的必要性和优势。在此基础上介绍了美国鹰眼360天基监测系统,并给出了启示建议。

【Abstract】 Satellite navigation has been widely used in various weapons and equipment due to its advantages of all-time, all-weather, high accuracy and global coverage.However, the natural vulnerability of satellite navigation cause it to be easily disturbed, which has a negative impact on the effectiveness of weapons and equipment during wartime, and even leads to war defeat.Navigation warfare based on satellite navigation confrontation has become a new combat pattern, and using interference source monitoring as a defensive countermeasure is of great significance for grasping the battlefield navigation confrontation situation and command decision-making.The situation of satellite navigation interference in the Russia-Ukraine conflict is analyzed, which shows that navigation countermeasures represented by GNSS interference and interference source monitoring have been deeply integrated into modern information warfare, and effective interference source monitoring means are urgently needed to support the future battlefield.The present situation of GNSS interference monitoring is combed and summarized, and the necessity and advantages of space-based monitoring of GNSS interference sources are pointed out.On this basis, the space-based monitoring system HawkEye 360 from the United States is introduced, and finally some enlightening suggestions are given.
