基于RISC-V的声纹识别系统设计
Design of Voiceprint Recognition System Based on RISC-V
【摘要】 阐述一种与RISC-V内核配合使用的声纹识别算法专用硬件加速器。RISC-V内核与加速器构成了一个异构系统,通过硬件加速器的高能效特性,同时保持了处理器的灵活性,使其能够广泛应用于多种声纹识别场景。该系统还对算法进行了优化,减少了硬件资源消耗并提升了性能。在PC上训练的深度神经网络(DNN)参数量化为4 bit后,仍保持了97.41%的识别准确率。
【Abstract】 This paper describes a dedicated hardware accelerator for voiceprint recognition algorithm used in conjunction with RISC-V kernel. The RISC-V core and accelerator form a heterogeneous system, which can be widely used in various voiceprint recognition scenarios through the high energy efficiency of hardware accelerators while maintaining the flexibility of processors. The system has also optimized the algorithm, reducing hardware resource consumption and improving performance. The deep neural network(DNN) trained on PC maintained a recognition accuracy of 97.41% even after parameter quantization to 4 bits.
