【摘要】 通过回顾甘肃省细菌性传染病实验室监测网络发展的历程，阐述全省细菌性传染病实验室层级化监测检测工作现状，探讨监测检测过程中存在的病原体覆盖面不足、分离培养能力差异明显和数据碎片化等问题。思考如何通过提高认识、查缺补漏、加强能力建设等进一步建立健全更有效的实验室监测体系，促进细菌性传染病防控工作，为提高全省细菌性传染病防控水平和早期预警能力提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 By reviewing the development of the laboratory surveillance network for bacterial infectious diseases in Gansu province, this paper elucidates the current state of its hierarchical laboratory surveillance and detection system, and discusses prevalent challenges such as insufficient pathogen coverage, significant disparities in isolation and cultivation capabilities, and data fragmentation. By proposing strategies to enhance awareness, address gaps, and strengthen capacity building, the study aims to support the establishment of a more effective laboratory surveillance system. These efforts are intended to improve the prevention and control of bacterial infectious diseases in the province, thereby contributing to enhanced early warning capabilities and a stronger public health response.更多还原
