【摘要】 本文聚焦中国传统家政思想中“家本位”与“伦理本位”的双重维度，探讨家庭作为社会基本单元，如何通过“尊卑有等”“长幼有序”等机制优化社会资源配置，重塑权力结构，家庭中的伦理规范如何以“各尽其分”为核心扩展至社会治理。在分析中国传统家庭秩序构建方面的家庭伦理与社会治理互动关系的过程中，揭示其如何通过家庭组织形态与伦理规范体系的双重维度影响社会运行，最终形成“家国同构”的文化认同模式。同时指出，在现代化进程中，既要保留家政伦理的价值，又要在社会发展中实现“家国”与“个体”的平衡，使传统家政思想的精髓得以传承。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the dual dimensions of “family-oriented” and “ethics-oriented” in traditional Chinese philosophy of home economics. It explores how the family, as the basic social, optimizes social resource allocation and reshapes power structures through mechanisms such as “hierarchical order between superior and inferior” and “proper order between senior and junior”. Additionally, it examines how ethical norms within the family-centered on “fulfilling one’s designated role” extend to roader social governance. By analyzing the interaction between family ethics and social governance in the construction of traditional Chinese family order,the paper reveals how the organizational form of the family and the system of ethicalnorms jonitly influence social operation, ultimately forming a cultural identity modelchareacterized by “homology between family and state”. At the same time, it emphasizes that in the process of modernization, it is necessary to preserve the value of domestic ethics while achieving a balance of the “state-family” and the individual.
