【摘要】 在城市化进程不断推进和居民照护需求日益增长的背景下，家政服务业快速发展，家政女工成为城市服务型劳动力的重要组成部分。文章从理论范式、多维特征、效应和影响因素展开综述。研究发现，经典劳动过程理论揭示了资本控制下的技能剥离，为认识情感商品化奠定了基础。霍克希尔德的情感劳动理论在中国情境中呈现出“情感规则伦理化”“表演策略融合化”的本土特征，这种本土特征需置于中国特有的“伦理型情感体制”框架下理解。性别理论则有助于揭示传统性别分工、文化惯习对情感劳动的深层形塑，以及家政女工性别抵抗的日常实践。家政女工的情感劳动在工作场所情感互动、性别化情感渗透、情感疏离等维度上表现出独特而复杂的特征。在影响效应上，体现为自身身心赋能与耗竭、雇主家庭关系修复与失衡等多重效应，并受个人与雇主互动、家政公司制度、社会文化结构等多层面因素影响。该研究为统观家政女工的情感劳动提供学术依据，也为改善其劳动权益提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of the continuous advancement of urbanization and the increasing demand for residents’ care, the domestic service industry has developed rapidly. Female domestic workers have become an important part of the urban service-oriented labor force. The article conducts a review from theoretical paradigms, multi-dimensional characteristics, and influence effects. The research finds that the classical labor process theory reveals the stripping of skills under capital control, laying the foundation for the commercialization of cognitive emotions. Hochschild’s theory of emotional labor presents local characteristics such as “ethicalization of emotional rules” and “integration of performance strategies” in the Chinese context. These local characteristics need to be understood within the framework of the unique “ethical emotional system” in China.The gender theory helps to reveal the deep shaping of emotional labor by traditional gender division of labor and cultural habits, as well as the daily practice of gender resistance among female domestic workers. The emotional labor of female domestic workers shows unique and complex characteristics in dimensions such as emotional interaction in the workplace, gendered emotional infiltration, and emotional alienation. In terms of the influence effect, it is manifested in multiple effects such as one’s own physical and mental empowerment and exhaustion,the repair and imbalance of the employer’s family relationship, and is influenced by multiple levels of factors such as the interaction between the individual and the employer, the system of the domestic service company, and the social and cultural structure. This research provides an academic basis for an overall view of the emotional labor of female domestic workers and also offers a reference for improving their labor rights and interests.更多还原
