体温响应型形状记忆聚氨酯的制备与表征
Preparation and Characterization of Body-temperature-responsive Shape Memory Polyurethane
【摘要】 以聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇和液化MDI为原料制备了不同异氰酸酯指数(R值)的形状记忆聚氨酯(SMPU),研究了R值对SMPU热性能、力学性能、透光性和形状记忆性能的影响。结果表明:当R=1.15时,SMPU软段结晶熔融温度接近人体体温,拉伸强度为36.7 MPa,断裂伸长率为859%,在37℃条件下12.3 s的弯折角的形状回复率为100%,室温条件下弯折角的形状固定率为100%。
【Abstract】 The shape memory polyurethanes(SMPUs) with different isocyanate index(R values) were prepared with poly(butylene adipate) diol and liquefied MDI as raw materials. The effects of R values on thermal properties, mechanical properties, light transmittance and shape memory properties of SMPUs were studied. The results showed that, when the R value was 1.15, the melting temperature of soft segment crystallization was close to human body temperature, the tensile strength was 36.7 MPa and the elongation at break was 859%. The shape recovering ratio of 12.3 seconds at 37℃ was 100%, the shape fixing ratio for bend angle was 100% at room temperature.
