【摘要】 新时代背景下,中外合作办学正逐步向本土国际化模式转型与升级。本土国际化将成为多数中国高校在中外合作办学基础上迭代发展国际教育的必然选择,也是中国建设世界重要教育中心的必由之路。以东北财经大学国际商学院从中外合作办学向本土国际化的实践探索为例,解析本土国际化的内涵、价值、建设路径与实施效果。该模式有效提升了人才培养质量,为中国高校国际化发展提供了借鉴样本,也为落实《教育强国建设规划纲要（2024—2035年）》精神,建设世界重要教育中心提供了实践参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of the new era, Sino-foreign cooperative education is gradually upgrading towards a model of local internationalization. Local internationalization will become an inevitable choice for most Chinese universities to iteratively develop international education based on existing Sino-foreign cooperative programs. It is also an essential pathway for China to establish itself as a key global education hub. This study takes the practical exploration of the International Business College at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics as an example, analyzing the connotation, value, development paths, and implementation effects of local internationalization. The model has effectively enhanced the quality of talent cultivation, offering a valuable reference for the international development of Chinese universities. It also offers practical insights for implementing the Education Power Construction Plan(2024–2035) and building a world-class education center.更多还原
