【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of profound global changes and intensified competition for international academic influence, enhancing the global competence of doctoral students has become a key pathway to strengthen China’s international academic influence. Based on constructivist theory, this paper constructs a three-dimensional analytical framework of "Concept-Identity-Practice" to systematically explore the mechanism and policy pathways through which doctoral students’ global competence drives the enhancement of academic influence. The three-dimensional interaction mechanism includes: the conceptual dimension that focuses on the internalization of global academic values and the cultivation of cross-cultural understanding; the identity dimension that strengthens academic identity and international role positioning; and the practice dimension that emphasizes academic communication, research collaboration, and discourse utilization capabilities. This paper constructs a support system from institutional, resource, and environmental perspectives, emphasizing dynamic synergy and the integration of multiple resources. Through case analysis and international comparison, the paper provides a theoretical framework and practical insights for optimizing doctoral training systems and enhancing China’s academic inf luence, facilitating the strategic transformation from "academic follower" to "academic leader".更多还原
