R290小管径管内流动沸腾传热关联式的评价分析

【摘要】 R290作为一种主要替代的环保制冷剂,其在管内流动沸腾换热计算方面的需求日益增长。然而,目前关于R290的管内流动沸腾换热计算关联式的适用性尚不明确。现有的实验数据以及对这些关联式的评价存在较大差异,有些结论甚至相互矛盾,这给选择合适的计算关联式带来了极大的困扰。为了解决这一问题,文中广泛搜集现有研究中的531组R290管内流动沸腾换热实验数据,并针对目前研究中准确率较高的4个管内沸腾换热关联式进行了评价和分析。通过对这4个关联式的对比分析,确定了误差最小的换热关联式。在此基础上,对该关联式进行了拟合修正,提高其计算精度。经过修正,该换热关联式的平均绝对误差从原来的34.8%降低到23.3%,显著提高了计算结果的准确性。

【Abstract】 As one of the main replacements of environmentally friendly refrigerants, R290 is increasingly in demand for flow boiling heat transfer calculations in tubes. However, the applicability of existing correlations for flow boiling heat transfer in tubes using R290 remains unclear. There are significant discrepancies in the available experimental data and the evaluation of these correlations, with some conclusions even contradicting each other. This causes considerable difficulty in selecting the appropriate calculation correlation. To address this issue, 531 sets of experimental data on flow boiling heat transfer of R290 in tubes were extensively gathered from existing research and the four correlations formulas with high accuracy in current studies were evaluated and analyzed. Through the comparative analysis of these four correlations, the heat transfer correlation with the smallest error was identified. Based on this, the correlation was fitted and corrected to improve its calculation accuracy. After correction, the average absolute error of the heat transfer correlation decreases from 34.8% to 23.3%, significantly enhancing the accuracy of the calculation results.
