基于抗氧剂比选的碱式硫酸铝脱硫过程SO32-氧化抑制
Inhibition of SO32- oxidation in desulfurization process of basic aluminum sulfate through selection of antioxidant ratios
【摘要】 抑制SO32-氧化对碱式硫酸铝解吸脱硫法脱硫剂再生至关重要。文中首先通过清除自由基DPPH(1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼)研究对苯二酚、抗坏血酸清除自由基的抗氧化活性,然后选用筛选的抗氧剂研究碱式硫酸铝脱硫过程SO32-的氧化抑制特性。结果表明:DPPH清除率与抗氧剂浓度正相关,整体表现为由快变慢最终趋于稳定的变化趋势,反应时间虽然对清除率有利,但终点清除率仍在100%以下。对苯二酚比抗坏血酸捕获自由基速度更快,在较低的抗氧剂浓度(<0.08 mmol/L)和较短的反应时间(40 min)能够达到高效稳定的DPPH清除活性。碱式硫酸铝脱硫溶液中添加对苯二酚SO32-氧化抑制明显,最佳抗氧剂浓度为24 mmol/L。相比未添加对苯二酚,脱硫终点SO32-氧化率减小了7.53%,氧化速率减小了1.9×10-2 mmol/(L·min)。研究结果可为碱式硫酸铝解吸法烟气脱硫技术的氧化抑制提供理论支撑。
【Abstract】 The inhibition of SO32- oxidation is crucial for the regeneration of desulfurization absorbents in the basic aluminum sulfate desorption desulfurization method.The antioxidant activity of hydroquinone and ascorbic acid was investigated through DPPH(diphenyl-picrylhydrazyl) free radical scavenging. Then the oxidation inhibition characteristics of SO32- in the desulfurization process of basic aluminum sulfate were investigated by selecting the selected antioxidants.The results show that DPPH clearance rate is positively correlated with the antioxidant concentration, showing an overall trend of fast to slow and eventually stabilizing.Although the reaction time is favorable for the clearance rate, the endpoint clearance rate is still below 100%.Hydroquinone demonstrates a faster capture of free radicals compared to ascorbic acid, and achieves highly efficient and stable DPPH scavenging activity at the lower concentrations(<0.08 mmol/L) within a shorter reaction time(40 min).The oxidation inhibition effect of hydroquinone on SO32- is pronounced in the basic aluminum sulfate desulfurization solution, with an optimal antioxidant concentration identified at 24 mmol/L.Compared with the absence of hydroquinone, the oxidation ratio of SO32- at the desulfurization endpoint decreases by 7.53%, and the oxidation rate decreases by 1.9×10-2 mmol/(L·min).The research results can provide theoretical support for the oxidation inhibition of flue gas desulfurization technology using basic aluminum sulfate desorption method.
