【摘要】 随着社会的发展和成长环境的变化，儿童青少年心理健康问题已成为社会各界关注的焦点，探索有效的儿童青少年心理健康服务模式显得尤为重要。杭州市儿童青少年心理健康服务的医教融合模式以儿童青少年心理健康诊疗(促进)中心为依托，通过整合教育系统与医疗卫生系统资源，建立大杭州地区多个区域分中心与医教结合实践基地，构建心理健康教育分级网络体系，为杭州地区中小学生的心理健康成长保驾护航。文章介绍该模式的构建过程和运行流程，为探索有效的儿童青少年心理健康服务模式提供循证依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of society and changes in the growth environment, mental health issues among children and adolescents have become a focal point of concern for all sectors of society. Therefore, exploring effective mental health service models for children and adolescents is particularly important. The medical-educational integration model for mental health services for children and adolescents in Hangzhou is based on the Mental Health Diagnosis and Treatment(Promotion) Center for Children and Adolescents. By integrating resources from the education system and the healthcare system, multiple regional sub-centers and medical-educational integration practice bases have been established throughout the greater Hangzhou area. A hierarchical network system for mental health education has also been established to support the mental health and growth of primary and secondary school students in Hangzhou. This paper introduces the construction process and operational flow of this model, providing evidence-based guidance for exploring effective mental health service models for children and adolescents.更多还原
