【摘要】 目的 观察加减藿朴夏苓汤对厌食大鼠脑肠肽的影响。方法 将40只20日龄雌雄各半SD大鼠,用随机数字表取余法分为空白对照组(10只)、造模组(30只),采用病因模拟法建立厌食模型后,将造模组随机分为模型组、阳性对照组、治疗组,每组10只,监测各组大鼠摄食量、体质量,末次给药结束后,测定大鼠小肠推进率,留取血标本,采用ELISA法检测外周血中神经肽Y(NPY)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)、胆囊收缩素(CCK)的水平。结果 与空白对照组比较,模型组大鼠摄食量、体质量下降,小肠推进率降低,外周血NPY、β-EP水平降低,CCK水平升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,治疗组大鼠摄食量增加,小肠推进率升高,外周血NPY、β-EP水平升高,CCK水平降低(P<0.05),体质量有增加趋势。结论 加减藿朴夏苓汤可促进厌食症大鼠食欲,增加摄食量,升高厌食症大鼠外周血中NPY、β-EP水平,降低CCK-8水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of modified Huopo Xialing Decoction on brain intestinal peptide in anorexia rats.Methods Forty twenty days old half male and half female SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group(10rats) and modeling group(30 rats).After establis hing ano rexia models using etiological simulatio n,modeling group was randomly divided into model group,positive control group,and treatment group,with 10 rats in each group.The food intake and body mass of the rats were monitored.After the last administration,the small intestine propulsion rate of the rats was measured,and blood samples were taken to detect the concentrations of neuropeptide Y(NPY),β endorphin(β-EP),and cholecystokinin(CCK) in peripheral blood by ELISA.Results The food intake,body mass,and the small intestine propulsion rate of rats in model group were lower than those in blank control group,and the levels of NPY and β-EP in peripheral blood were lower than those in blank control group,while the levels of CCK were higher than those in blank control group(P<0.05);the food intake and the small intestine propulsion rate of rats in treatment group were higher than those in model group,and the levels of NPY and β-EP were higher than those in model group,while the level of CCK were lower than those in model group,the body mass of rats in treatment group were higher than those in model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Huopo Xialing Decoction can promote appetite,increase food intake and the levels of NPY,β-EP,and reduce the level of CCK of anorexia rats.更多还原
