新时代全面建成教育强国的指导思想——学习习近平总书记在全国教育大会上的重要讲话

【摘要】 新时代第二次全国教育大会在第四十个教师节到来之际召开,强调紧紧围绕立德树人根本任务,朝着建成教育强国战略目标扎实迈进。习近平总书记发表重要讲话,站在党和国家事业发展全局的战略高度,全面总结了新时代教育事业取得的历史性成就、发生的格局性变化,系统阐释了教育强国的科学内涵和基本路径,深刻阐述了教育强国建设要正确处理好的重大关系,统一部署了全面推进教育强国建设的战略任务和重大举措。习近平总书记的重要讲话是指导新时代新征程教育工作的纲领性文献,深刻回答了“为什么建设教育强国”“建设什么样的教育强国”“怎样建设教育强国”等重大理论与实践命题,为建设教育强国指明了前进方向、提供了根本遵循。

【Abstract】 The Second National Education Conference of the new era was held on the occasion of the 40th Teachers’ Day, emphasizing the fundamental task of closely focusing on the establishment of moral education and making solid progress towards the strategic goal of building a leading country in education. General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important address. On the strategic height of the overall development of the Party and the national cause, this address comprehensively summarized the historic achievements of and structural changes in education of the new era, systematically explained the scientific connotation and basic path to a leading country in education, profoundly elaborated the major relationships that should be rightly handled in the construction of a leading country in education, and systematically deployed the strategic tasks and major initiatives to comprehensively promote the construction of a leading country in education. General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important address is a manifesto to guide the educational cause in the new era and the new journey. It profoundly answers the questions of “why”, “what kind”, and “how” to build a leading country in education, and other major theoretical and practical issues, pointing out the direction and providing a fundamental guideline for building a leading country in education.
