【摘要】 高密度的多层联排住宅是我国华东区域小城镇风貌的基础，福建柘荣县正是这些小城镇中的典型。该文基于地块的视角，参考“形态—类型学”的分析框架，对柘荣县传统联排式布局住宅区的代表性地块进行区域与建筑层面风貌的分析，阐述政府与居民基于地块和建筑的博弈对住宅区风貌的重要作用，并尝试提出基于“街区—街块—地块”三个尺度的风貌控制策略，为新时代背景下小城镇的风貌建设提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Multi-storey high-density townhouses are the foundation of architectural features of towns in East China, among which Zherong County, Fujian Province is a typical example. Based on the perspective of land plots, by using the framework of "form-type", we analyze the urban and architectural forms of a representative plot of Zherong Townhouses, and expound the influence of government and residents, finally we propose a form control strategy based on block, street block and plot, so as to provide some reference for the construction of small towns in the new era.更多还原
