【摘要】 面对全球化与信息化对人们思想观念带来的强烈冲击，客观上要求推动中华优秀传统文化与思政教育有机融合，形塑大学生包含价值取向、思想观念和思维方式在内的思想力量。中华优秀传统文化融入高校思想政治教育，应注重课程内容之间的有机联系并达到必要的系统和深入水平，而不是相关知识的拼盘及浅尝辄止，这对整个高校的运行机制与支持环境、教师的专业能力与素养提出了更高的要求。为此，有必要从培养理念、管理制度与教学实践层面切入，统合中华优秀传统文化资源，找准其与高校思想政治教育的契合点，构建两者层层递进的深度耦合运行机制，以切实增强思想政治教育的育人实效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Confronting the profound impact of globalization and informatization on ideological perceptions,there exists an imperative to propel the organic integration of fine traditional Chinese culture with ideological and political education. This integration aims to forge university students’ intellectual capacities encompassing value orientation,ideological perspectives,and cognitive paradigms. Rather than creating a fragmented assembly of superficial knowledge,this integration demands emphasis on intrinsic connections between curricular content and attainment of systematic depth and coherence; This necessitates enhanced institutional mechanisms,supportive environments,and elevated professional competencies among educators. To this end,it is imperative to initiate reforms at three levels—educational philosophies,management systems,and teaching practices—by consolidating resources of fine traditional Chinese culture,identifying pivotal convergence points with university ideological and political education,and establishing a tiered-progression synergistic coupling mechanism. This integrated approach will tangibly enhance the educational efficacy of ideological and political formation.更多还原
