【Abstract】 Ubiquitin-specific protease 7(USP7), a critical deubiquitinating enzyme(DUBs), regulates protein stability and diverse biological functions by removing ubiquitin chains from target substrates, thereby preventing their proteasomal degradation. USP7 plays a pivotal role in tumorigenesis and cancer progression by modulating key cellular processes, including tumor cell proliferation, apoptosis, DNA damage repair, and immune evasion, ultimately promoting malignant advancement and invasion. This review summarizes the mechanistic insights and recent advances in USP7’s involvement in female gynecological malignancies, providing a scientific foundation for potential diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.更多还原
