【摘要】 目的 探讨糖尿病性心肌病(DCM)患者血清哺乳动物Ste20样激酶1(Mst1)水平与心功能、心肌纤维化的关系。方法 选择2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者106例，按照是否发生DCM分为T2DM组54例(单纯T2DM)和DCM组52例。比较两组血清Mst1水平、心功能指标[舒张早期/舒张末期心室充盈速率(E/A)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末容积(LVEDV)、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)]、心肌纤维化指标[透明质酸(HA)、Ⅰ型前胶原(PCⅠ)、层粘连蛋白(LN)]。分析Mst1与心功能、心肌纤维化的关系。结果 DCM组血清Mst1、HA、PCⅠ、LN、LVEDV、NT-proBNP水平高于T2DM组，E/A、LVEF低于T2DM组(P<0.05)。血清Mst1与E/A、LVEF呈负相关，与LVEDV、NT-proBNP、HA、PCⅠ、LN呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 DCM患者血清Mst1水平升高，与心功能、心肌纤维化指标存在相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To investigate the relationship between serum mammalian STE20-like kinase 1(Mst1) level and cardiac function and myocardial fibrosis in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM). Methods 106 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) were selected and divided into T2DM group(54 cases) and DCM group(52 cases) according to whether DCM occurred. Serum Mst1 level, cardiac function indexes(early/end diastolic ventricular filling rate(E/A), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV), N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)), myocardial fibrosis indexes(hyaluronic acid(HA), type I procollagen(PCⅠ), layer adhesion protein(LN)) were compared between the two groups. The relationship between Mst1 and cardiac function and myocardial fibrosis was analyzed. Results Serum levels of Mst1, HA, PCⅠ, LN, LVEDV and NT-proBNP in DCM group were higher than those in T2DM group, and E/A and LVEF were lower than those in T2DM group(P<0.05). Serum Mst1 was negatively correlated with E/A and LVEF, but positively correlated with LVEDV, NT-proBNP, HA, PCⅠ and LN(P<0.05). Conclusion The serum Mst1 level in DCM patients is increased, which is correlated with cardiac function and myocardial fibrosis indexes.更多还原
